Cost:

We are charged on a per team basis. We have stipulated per player costs below. Please keep in mind it could be a little more per player depending on numbers in each team.

Little League (Y1&2)  – $70 per player for the twelve week season.

NB: Each team will be required to provide one referee per game. This is usually the Coach who is on court giving direction and encouragement whilst refereeing.

Mini-ball (Y3&4) & Basketball (Y5&6) - $110 per player for the 15-16 week season.

NB: This cost now includes having a paid referee supplied by the Referees Association, this is to improve consistency through this league.

Uniform:

A sports uniform will be loaned to each player by Pillans Point School, thanks to Kukri. Please note we do not charge a fee for the loan of the uniforms, but if they are not returned clean, within a reasonable amount of time after the season has ended we will have to invoice you for cleaning or replacement costs.

Parental Roles:

Coach / Manager / Referee / Score Bench

Each team will require a Coach and a Team Manager.

Each team will need to provide one person to do score bench (to score own game) - this could be the Manager.

Little League Teams (Y1-2) - will also need to supply a referee for each game. This is usually the Coach who is on court giving direction and encouragement whilst refereeing.

Coaches/Managers will need to complete score sheets at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the game. Teams must sit on the right benches as determined by the score sheets (refer to rules). Both coaches must sign the score sheet at the completion of the game to confirm the result is correct.

There are resources available to help with these roles. Even if you haven't done any of them in the past- it's a great opportunity to get involved with your child's sport.

WITHOUT VOLUNTEERS TO COVER THESE LITTLE JOBS, THE TEAMS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY.
