Softball Terms 1 & 4 Registration Form

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE END OF THIS REGISTRATION, IF YOU DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT THEN YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE SENT TO ME.

You will receive a confirmation email if your registration is successful. If you do NOT receive an email (please ensure you have checked your junk/spam folders) then I likely havent received your registration, please contact sport@pillanspoint.school.nz

Coaches can hold the team practises and are present to coach during games.

Are you available to Manage a team? *

Managers are responsible for team logistics & organisation e.g. correspondence of practise and game times to all members of the team; key point of contact for PPS Sports & Events Co-ordinator & WBOP Softball. Managers are also responsible for collecting the team's uniforms at the end of the last game; cleaning them and returning the set of uniforms to the office 7-10 days after the last game.

Do you have any requests for team placement?

NB: These are requests to do with transport & logistics (e.g. my child needs to be in the same team as XX as we will carpool). OR if your child is in a lower year level but is ready to play UP a team (eg Year 4 who wants to play in Y5&6 team). Whilst we will do our best to fulfill all requests, this isn't guaranteed. Please email sport@pillanspoint.school.nz if you need to send further information/explanation. Type N/A if you have no requests.
